The Orca Solo replacement coil by Vaporesso is a highly engineered coil head compatible with the Orca Solo kit platform. It provides smooth, stable mouth-to-lung (MTL) performance and effortless installation. Designed for use with nic salts and higher-PG e-liquids, this coil ensures consistent heating and excellent flavour delivery.

Vaporesso Orca Solo Coil Design

Two coil variants are available, both rated at 1.3 Ω: a cotton coil and a ceramic CCELL version. While both offer the same resistance, the cotton coil prioritises flavour clarity, whereas the ceramic coil enhances durability and smooth heating using Vaporesso’s CCELL technology.

Thanks to its efficient wicking and coil structure, the Orca Solo coil delivers clean flavour from the first puff. The ceramic version offers increased longevity and consistency, while the cotton coil provides bright, full flavour — ideal for high-nicotine or nic-salt e-liquids. Both provide a refined, restricted MTL draw without excessive vapour.

Orca Solo Coil Fit & Usage Compatibility

These coils can be easily installed into the Orca Solo kit (and certain Orca Solo Plus versions) through Vaporesso’s standard coil-head fitting. Simply remove the old coil, prime the new one, and refill the tank. Designed to support higher-PG 50/50 e-liquids, recommended wattage output ranges from 7–12 W for both 1.3 Ω coils.

Step By Step Guideline to Use Orca Solo Coil by Vaporesso

Step 1: Remove the pod/tank from the device and unclip or unscrew the old coil head.

Step 2: Open a new coil and prime the cotton by applying a few drops of e-liquid to the visible wicking ports.

Step 3: Insert the new coil into the base of the pod/tank until it fits securely.

Step 4: Fill the pod/tank with your preferred e-liquid.

Step 5: Let the coil fully saturate for 5–10 minutes before vaping.

Step 6: Start vaping at low wattage (recommended 7–12 W) and increase gradually if desired.
